Letter of Support / Excuse

For the AMA Medical Student Advocacy Conference, MSS Staff offers students the opportunity to have a Letter of Support addressed to your medical school dean, clerkship director, or advisor in order to verify your participation in the conference. Please fill out this form to request a Letter of Support/ Excuse for the 2025 conference.

Your letter will be delivered within approximately one week to your email. Please submit your letter request by Monday, February 17.
