Official Interviewing Group Form for 2025 Elections Logo
  • Official Interviewing Group Form for 2025 Elections

  • Per AMA Policy G-610.090, caucuses and delegations may choose to conduct virtual or in-person interviews for the 2025 AMA-HOD Elections. The HOD Office will compile a list of contact persons for the interviewing groups and for the candidates. Interviewing groups must complete this form to conduct interviews for A-25. The HOD Office will collate the list of groups wishing to interview for each position and distribute it to the corresponding candidates who are responsible for scheduling directly with the interviewing group contact person.

    Important Points
    • Groups and candidates may begin scheduling interviews after active campaigning begins which will be announced by the Speaker.
    • Candidates may not seek or accept an invitation to interview with a group that is not included on the official list.
    • There are separate deadlines for groups to submit their contact information for virtual and for in-person interviews.
    • Groups may do virtual OR in-person interviews for each contest but may not do both.
    • Some groups may reach out to candidates to inform them of their interview plans, but it is the responsibility of the candidates to contact the groups’ designated person to arrange an interview.
    • If a group offers an interview to a candidate they must offer a similar interview to all candidates seeking the same position.
    • Any candidate may decline any interview.
    • The HOD Office WILL NOT  schedule interviews.
