    This form is intended for use by UMAS members to submit resolution ideas for consideration by the UMAS Governing Council and/or to solicit resolution drafting guidance from experienced UMAS policymakers. The UMAS Governing Council will begin accepting submissions for I-26 on Wednesday July 1, 2026.   • Any prior resolution writing experience? (No writing experience? No problem! We'll connect you with experienced UMAS members.)

  • Is there already existing AMA policy? Most successful resolutions address/identify gaps in existing policy. We encourage you to explore the AMA Policy Finder. Please attach any relevant existing AMA policy at the bottom of the form.

  • UMAS may help coordinate resolution feedback with AMA staff, delegations, and other subject matter experts. Please feel free to review the HOD member organizations and list any relevant folks you'd like to request coordination with in advance of HOD.
