A-28 Group Endorsement Form
All groups (caucuses, specialty section councils, SSS, AMA sections, etc) that plan to endorse candidates for the A-28 AMA election cycle are required to submit this Group Endorsement Form. A-28 candidates may only seek endorsements from groups who have submitted the form.

A-28 Endorsement Deadlines:

Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at noon CT - Group Endorsement Form due to HOD office
Friday, November 6, 2026 at 6 am ET - Endorsement Window opens for A-28 elections
Friday, June 11, 2027 at 5 pm CT - Endorsement Window closes for A-28 elections

Note: This is the deadline for a candidate to contact your group in order to participate in your process. This deadline may be prior to the endorsement window. However, the entirety of the endorsement selection process, including the candidate being informed of receipt of an endorsement, must fall within the endorsement window stated above.
