• AMA Spring Internship Program

  •

The AMA Spring Internship Program offers medical student and resident members the opportunity to build leadership and professional skills, expand their professional networks within medicine, and contribute meaningfully to the AMA’s mission.

This unique program gives participants the opportunity to support the initiatives of an AMA business unit over the course of one month. Interns will be matched with an AMA business unit and assigned a project to complete in collaboration with AMA staff.

    • All internship activities will be held at AMA headquarters in Chicago. Temporary relocation to Chicago is required.
    • The pay $40 per hour.
    • This opportunity is available exclusively for medical student and resident/fellow members of the AMA.
    • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. Apply by December 1 for fullest consideration.
